The jewelry and items I create are all handmade and designed to be versatile keepsakes that are intended for wear. However they need to be treated gently. Do not place in contact with water or harsh chemicals as some of the materials I use (sterling, copper, brass) naturally oxidize and can turn colors over time. To clean and maintain original shine simply use a soft jewelers cloth to buff out metals. **These are NOT INTENDED for children, as these pieces often have small details such as beads and findings that could be dangerous to a child if swallowed. **

All items are handcrafted and therefore no two items will be exactly alike. Please expect variations in stamping, alignment surface impression, darkness, arrangements, etc. Pictures are given for reference but expect some variations from the pictures. These variations in hand stamped pieces are the very quality that make my items unique and give it hand-made charm. All hand stamping will not be perfectly aligned or straight because this is the nature of hand stamping we will not accept returns because you do not like the alignment of spacing of the stamping.

Please make sure you double check your "ship to" address entered into Etsy. I am not responsible for packages being sent to the wrong address. If packages are shipped back to me due to being non-deliverable I will have to ask that you pay another shipping fee so I can resend it to you.

Each purchase is packaged protectively. In multiple orders if you need item packaged separately please let me know, otherwise I will pack your items into the smallest shipment possible. I'd love to be able to hand deliver every item I make, unfortunately that isn't possible. Once an item leaves my little studio I cannot guarantee USPS is going to deliver it on time without fail or without damage. I will do my best to bundle your item like a fragile sweet little baby to insulate and protect your order for the ride- but I am not responsible for packages once they leave my home. Please understand that your package is in the care of the USPS once it leaves me, and I am not affiliated with it during the shipping process.

In the unlikely event of a package being lost or stolen there is a 21 day wait time (from the shipping date) before an insurance claim can be placed; with international shipments this time is 45 days. There are a few countries with exceptions to this that require a longer wait time, (e.g. Italy). During this time we are unable to provide a refund until the mandated wait time has passed and the buyer has signed a claim document by either the USPS or insurance company (affidavit of non-receipt).

I am not currently taking custom orders.

The items I create are handmade and one of a kind, sold as is so please carefully read the details of each item listed and ask questions before you buy if uncertain about something. In general I do not accept returns since my products are one of kind & custom made. In the unfortunate event you are unhappy with the product then please let me know and let's talk about how to make it better. I really want you to love your purchase as much as I loved making it and have a great experience shopping with me.

Worn or personalized items are not returnable. All other queries are handled on an item by item basis. You must contact me within 7 days of delivery date to discuss any concerns.

Payment is due upon ordering. Please understand that I am a (very) small business and for my longevity I cannot send out orders where payments are being held for any reason.
